As a conclusion:
- example document seems to be Office 2007, and rendering problems still exist
with that, but it opens better in LO when first saved with MSO 2010
- there has been an improvement from LO 4.4 to the current LO 5.2
- I wouldn't expect this specific Office 2007 format support be improved
- document rendering with the current LO is fine, except the dude coming out of
header, but that hidden content shouldn't have been there at all
- I'll close as WFM and if there are some remaining specific issues they should
be reported separately, after a search for already reported bugs, with a
minimum test case for each specific problem
