Open the file and select the Customer screen in the Forms section. Then, in the form, select a Tier from the dropdown list. You'll notice that the number writes ON TOP OF the previous entry. I checked the Sent Box in my email and I DID attach the file to my initial message. Don't know why you didn't get it!! Here it is again..
