In Writer, "Insert > Field > More Fields..." opens a dialog with dozens of
fields from Document, Cross-references, Functions etc.
I am interested by the last modifification date of the document. But I think
adding this dialog would be better 1) for consistency between apps 2) adding
each field per request isn't very efficient.
