html format file containing bullet list
In a file saved as HTML, the list elements in a bullet list aren't formatted
correctly. Specifically, the li tag is empty (<li/>) and its contents follow
it. If the file is previewed in a browser, the HTML is correct. The list
elements open with <li> followed by the content and close with </li>. Example
file attached.
