Found that with Server Installation of "LibreOffice 3.6.0beta1 French UI/
German Locale [Build-ID: 1f1cdd8] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) in menu
'File' for Calc, Writer. Not effected are DRAW, Impress, Math and File menu in
LibO start Center.
Same with German UI, others not tested.
In Menu I see "Open ..." instead of "Ouvrir ..."
I did not check where the problem started
