No repro with Firefox 49.0
Download of 5.2.1 DMG in less than 30 seconds (200Mbps synchronized fibre
broadband connection) today 26/09/2016 10:35 CEST
The LO user profile has nothing to do with the download speed, so resetting
this won't make any difference.
This is not a LibreOffice application bug. If anything, i.e. if there is a
problem at all, then it is either with the website, your internet connection,
or the browser.
