Bug still exists under linux.
Steps:
1. New Calc;
2. Apply border using the toolbar icon; (the border is solid)
3. Save as xlsx/xls and reopen with MSO. (the border is dashed)
Version: 5.2.2.2

CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Linux 4.4; UI Render: default;
Locale: zh-CN (zh_CN.UTF-8); Calc: group
