FWIW, yes, LibreOffice should IMHO implement the Services menu as these
services are available for other apps on OSX.

Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); Calc: group
Still no services available.
However, I would imagine that this requires some in-depth knowledge of the OSX
Services API and of course someone willing and able to do the coding.
