Couldn't reproduce in Windows and Linux.
Does it happen always or with a specific document?
Did you try resetting your user profile:

Please test with other, higher versions from
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ and note results.
Title is "Find and Replace" (Ctrl+H) but from text it's "Find bar" (Ctrl+F).
