Heiko, I don't think I am mixing anything up. Try this:
1) Copy a range with Ctrl+C
2) Paste with Ctrl+V (works)
3) Paste again with Ctrl+V just to be sure (works)
4) Paste with enter (works)
5) Paste with Ctrl+V again, doesn't work, because clipboard is cleared.
I think 5) should work as well.
