Steps:
1) new text document
2) modify the list1 numbering style, checking the "consecutive numbering" box
3) enter a numbered list with the list1 style and at least 2 items
4) you can change the level of the second item with the tab key
5) BUG : it is not possible to change the level of the first list item
Workaround :
1) create a fake first entry such that your list item becomes the second one
2) you can now change the level with the tab key
3) remove the fake first item.
