Comments inserted in a Writer document can be formatted (fonts,etc.). However,
when "Format all Comments", the next comment added will still be in the old,
the default format.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add a comment in Writer.
2.Do "Format all Comments" and change the font type/style
3. Add new comment.
Actual Results:
still the old, previous formatting
Expected Results:
all new comments should be formatted in the new style. but they are not.
