Robert: I am talking apples + apples. The root cause of your issue is the same
as Paolo's here: the DOCX has frame objects inside table cells and the frame
objects slip on top of each other.
The DOCX is displayed correctly in LibreOffice 3.6 and thus it is a regression.
Therefore we can use this clever method to pinpoint the exact cause:
