This is an invalid bug report. Please report clean bugs, for examples see here:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport#Good_Reports
For a minimum:
1. Clear title that gives information as to what the bug is - "formatting" is
not a good title as it gives zero information;
2. Easy to follow reproducible steps;
3. One bug per report - here it seems like there are at least two, some kind of
formatting issue and then a crash
If you need assistance please head over to the user mailing list or the QA IRC
channel and there are tons of people available to help you out.
