I tried version 5.1.5.2. There is no option in the File menu or the Print menu
to set the page size. For example, if I select Two-Sided in the Print menu, I
get the following message "The Double-Sided Printing option, Long Edge, is not
available when the destination paper size is set to Custom. " There is no
option that I can find to set the destination paper size to anything.
