sidebar's scrollbar doesn't shift to the right when the sidebar is contracted
while editing a chart

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new writer document
2. Expand the sidebar
3. Insert a chart
4. Double click on the chart in order to edit it (Sidebar will diplay:
Properties for the task that you are performing are not available for the
current selection )
5. Contract the sidebar

Observed behavior:
scrollbar remains in the same position

Expected behavior:
scrollbar shifts to the right.
