The commit mentioned in comment 1 may be related in that it manifests the bug,
but the changes in ScUndoDragDrop that eliminated the use of ScRefUndoData
since commit 27182231acd3a0c9898a8dba78b76dc8a827b4c0 seem to be the original
cause. This scenario (data moved into an existing reference) probably can not
be undone without a reference undo doc.
I'm trying to take a stab at this.
