Description:
The standard TOC places dots between the heading and the page number, but these
aren't placed with equal distance. So there are some overlapping dots the space
in between these isn't equal in general.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create some headings
2. Insert a TOC
Actual Results:
Non-uniform distance between dots.
Expected Results:
Unifor distance between dots.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
