This is not a bug. All the new conditional formats are not representable in ODF
1.2 therefore we need to write some extensions. Extensions are only allowed in
1.2 extended.

Hopefully we get the extensions for the conditional format into 1.3.


IN general we only recommend 1.2 extended as you can otherwise loose features.
