Confirmed New -> HTML Document and enabling a bullets, then typing several
lines into the list.
On save the HTML 4 or 5 tag should be
<ul>
<li>entry first</li>
<li>entry second</li>
</ul>
But here the <li/> to start each list item is weird. Browsers deal with it, but
it is not HTML
