@Jay: Changing the "Label" property in *Commands.xcu also affects the
customization dialog (and also the "Add commands" dialog), so now it says "PDF"
instead of "Export as PDF". IMHO if the notebookbar needs different labels in
some cases, it's OK to keep them in the .ui file.
