Hi Fede,
Yes 3.3 to 4.1 would max out a cpu core as it attempted to process it, while
4.2 and 4.3 would have a "read-error message" on the blank image. 4.4 and above
have the "inline image" on the blank image, but opening the image properties
dialog would show the preview of the image that wasnt rendered in the document.
So as we are rendering it in the dialog, it should be rendered in the document
as well, just like we do so for data url images in writer web.
