Problem description: after I turned on and off the high-contrast color scheme,
the color of buttons on the toolbar stays changed. Rebooting doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce:
1. I have no idea how to reproduce the issue because I don't know the way to
get the thing back to the default.
2. ....
3. ....

Current behavior:

Expected behavior: Turn the color of the buttons back to the normal.

Platform (if different from the browser): 

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0) AppleWebKit/537.1 (KHTML, like Gecko)
Chrome/21.0.1180.2 Safari/537.1
