Check this in a installation with some additional Basic libraries
make a backup of the user/basic/dialog.xlc and scrip.xlc files :-)
Close the office
Remove (rename) the registrymodifications.xcu
Restart the office

I remember having seem some annoying behaviour before.
But now I understood what it was.
Thus testing ... I see the problem in 3.3.0 already :-)
(didn't check all the beta's)
