The alert message talks about a missing JRE and that is because it can not find
one via the Internet plugins directory (which is where JREs are installed by
default.) The JDK should be installed in /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines
You might have to physically indicate to LO where to find the JDK if it doesn't
automatically detect it for you.
