This is an enhancement request to add Linux & Mac menu entries for LO Safe
Mode.

Safe Mode ( Can be accessed via Help->Safe Mode; cmd line option --safe-mode,
or the windows start menu entry "LibreOffice (Safe Mode)" )
Such an entry appears available for Windows.
