Thanks a lot Cor.
To me - as a user - it seems that the features are actually there in LO, but
that they are not easily accessible for the users (PDF export dialog).
By the way, Caolán had implemented the feature for printing of documents with
comments inside margin. I don't know about his rationale why he did not
implement this feature also for the PDF export dialog.
