This isnt accurate. While in draw mode, you can still resize and move an
object, as the draw cursor disappears when these operations are available.

Discoverability of double-click to lock-in draw mode isnt something a novice
user will discover, the same goes for clone formatting. So similar to my
comment in bug 90748 comment 8, i would be in favour of only Draw having this
single-click lock-in draw mode and it removed from writer and calc.
