Also - set it to UNCONFIRMED after providing a useful attachment.
FYI - all those screenshots are not useful so in the future no need to provide
them. We generally only need the original unmessed up file and clean repro
steps. Screenshots are only useful if it's some obscure menu that no one knows
where it is.
