This just isn't a valid bug. The software works - if we had some wide scale
problem on W10 there would be thousands of reports, there is only your vague
description of it not starting.
Try to install again, try 5.2 instead of 5.1, and if all else fails, go to the
user mailing list and ask for assistance.
