While dumping the script type, I found there are a few are UCSCRIPT_COMMON:
Char=《 Code=300a Script=0 GR_NONE
Char=… Code=2026 Script=0 GR_NONE

Char=》 Code=300b Script=0 GR_NONE
Char=「 Code=300c Script=0 GR_NONE

So I mean there is something wrong in GetNextRun

I would trust Microsoft PMingLiu more for Chinese font, but I'm not a font
expert.
