Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached pageborders.docx file in Libreoffice Writer
Expected result: Page will have some non-zero borders, text not start in top
left corner of page. MS Word opens this file like this: See ScreenshotWord
Actual result: Libreoffice have no page borders
Affected: 5.2.2.2
Tested under Ubuntu 16.10
