Please give exact steps how we can reproduce the problem with attachment

By the way, I get this on trying to update links:
The following external file could not be loaded. Data linked from this file did
not get updated.
file:///home/user/libobugs/verifiche Mastersap/schemi di carico per
califfo_dinamica+sisma z_r006.ods
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
