New code for a Layout Engine value in the About dialog shows only Old with or
without a SAL_USE_COMMON_LAYOUT variable in place and then new layout engine
working.
On Windows 10 Pro 64-bit en-US with

Steps to Reproduce:
activate the experimental HarfBuzz common layout by setting
SAL_USE_COMMON_LAYOUT
Open the About dialog from Help -> About
Actual Results:
About dialog displays but entry for Layout Engine remains "old" with or without
the SAL_USE_COMMON_LAYOUT variable set.
Expected Results:
the value to change to "new" reflecting use of the new common layout when
variable is set.
Reproducible: Always
