Steps to Reproduce:
[1] Ensure, that you are a user without admin rights on your system. In this
case the predefined templates are read-only.
[2] Open Template Manager: File > New > Templates.
[3] Template filter: Select “Documents, Business Correspondence”. Two templates
should be displayed: “Moderate” and “Modern” business letter.
[4] Right click one of the templates: A context menu is displayed.
[5] Select Rename. A dialogue is opened, where you can change the template
name. By the way: The dialogue itself has no heading.
[6] Enter a new template name. Then OK. The dialogue closes and the old name is
displayed at the respective template.

Actual Results:

Expected Results:
At step 5 an error message should be displayed that informs the user that the
template name can't be changed due to missing access rights.
