Steps to reproduce:
1. remove indicator-appmenu -> type sudo apt-get remove indicator-appmenu in
the console
2. restart unity -> type unity& in the console
3. launch LibreofficeDev -> menu is displayed on top in Default, Single Toolbar
or Sidebar
4. Go to View - Toolbar Layout - Notebookbar
Observed behavior: Main menu is gone
Expected behavior: Main menu is still visible
