Description:
I am unable to merge cells within a spreadsheet this feature was available
within Microsoft Excel till version 2007.

Steps to Reproduce:
Select Format > Cells, and, try to merge cells that were pre-selected.
I check Wrap Text Automatically as well.

Actual Results:  
Formatting is not desirable as wrapping occurs in a manner that leaves the
spreadsheet unreadable.  

Expected Results:
Readable merged cells and useful options as used to be available in Microsoft
Excel.
