Looks as if you have an unidentified symbol font on system that is replacing
OpenSymbol glyphs that should be there with default profile.

PLUS SIGN -- U+002b (showing right pointing finger)
PLUS-MINUS SIGN -- U+00b1  (showing circled digit 6)
MULTIPLICATION SIGN -- U+00d7 (showing up-down arrow)
DIVISION SIGN -- U+00f7 (showing a black feathered south east arrow)
SOLIDUS -- U+002f  (showing a pencil)
NOT SIGN -- U+00ac (showing circled digit 1)

Weird mix, I don't recognize the font.

Please clear your user profile, and be sure the OpenSymbol font is installed on
your system and retest.
