Description:
The menu tree in Calc of LO 5.3.0 is not correct resp. not complete: In the
submenu of main menu item "Insert" doesn't exist an item "Named areas" (in
german "Namen") as in LO 5.2 - with submenu items "Set" ("Festlegen"), "Manage"
("Verwalten"), "Insert" ("Einfügen") etc. Instead of the menu item "Named
areas" there is the one item "Insert", that belongs in LO 5.2 to the submenu of
"Named areas". Clicking on this item in LO 5.3 the same form is opened as in LO
5.2 by clicking on the menu item of Insert - Named areas - Insert.
Appended screenshots are created with LO 5.3.0 build from 2016-11-02_23.27.06,
but the build from 2016-11-05_23.04.01 shows the same behavior.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create an empty spreadsheet document
2. (select any cell and enter something) - not needed, the beavior is the same
3. click on Main menu "Insert"
Actual Results:
submenu as described appears - with menu item "Insert" without a submenu arrow
Expected Results:
submenu with menu item "Named areas" and an arrow indicating that a sub menu
exists
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
I think that it is not a big thing and that all needed code exists (if it was
not deleted by transition from LO 5.2 to LO 5.3), but the composition of the
main menu item "Insert" is in error.
Hints:
- I have reproduced the error on 2 computers (x86 und x64) - both with
Windows10 1607.
- Severity: Maybe other users mean "Normal" were better, but I have selected
because I use named areas in my most important spreadsheet documents to create
links (e.g. for jumps within the documents). Without this feature I can't uses
this version.
