Description:
At least as of 5.1.4.2, LibreOffice supports every Windows encoding *except*
the one Microsoft Office uses on the en-US locale. It would be very appreciated
with this encoding was added.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open file saved by Microsoft Office in Windows-1250, containing characters
outside the ascii range.
Actual Results:
Characters outside the ascii range have the wrong glyphs.
Expected Results:
Characters outside the ascii range have the right glyphs.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
