OK, so running LO 5162 in lld, I see this when the authentication dialog is
filled in and I click on OK to send authentication data :

The malformed version exception smells like a Java version recognition error -
sigh. Has this silly bug raised its head again ? I thought this had been fixed
for the 5.1.x branch by Caolan ?
