Description:
Ingratement help msi version 5.2.3.3 shows 5.2.2.2 version in installed
programs.
This is a problem cause i use wpkg for updates, this makes a loop, and
re-installs 5.2.3.3 version each time.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.install LibreOffice_5.2.3_Win_x64_helppack_fr.msi for example
2.when finished, go to programs in control panel and verify version...

Actual Results:
version 5.2.3.3 is show
Expected Results:
version 5.3.3.3 is installed
Reproducible: Always
