Description:
LO version 5.1.4.2 distributed by Ubuntu 16.04.
When one compare documents by Edit -> Track Changes -> Compare Document, and
when Options -> Writer -> Comparison is set to "by word", the text marked as
a change is sometimes the whole paragraph even if only few words were changed.
The same behavior was reproduced in independent LO 5.2.3.3
