Issues of fallback font handling have been improved now.

None of the codepoints in the document are included in Liberation Serif
U+2220 ANGLE
U+2245 APPROXIMATELY EQUAL TO
U+2234 THEREFORE

And for some reason U+2220 and U+2234 are not in OpenSymbol so, all would have
to be handled/composed from fallback.

But, believe this can probably be resolved fixed target 5.3.0 for commits
implementing the new HarfBuzz layout engine. I get good fallback with either
GDI+ or OpenGL rendering with the new engine. With the old engine get fallback
to mixed fonts and scale issues for glyphs.

@Buovjaga, not clear why font config on an Ubuntu build would not have found
suitable glyphs from fallback font, but please retest with a current build of
master.
