The issue is still present in 5.2.3.2 on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, though the entry in
the Insert dropdown is now 'Table of Contents,Index or Bibliography'. The only
entry for combining page references is still (in the EN-UK environment) 'p/pp',
where it should be 'f/ff'.
