So it seems we use our own case folding tables in
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/gitweb?p=core.git;a=blob;f=i18nutil/source/utility/casefolding_data.h,
we need to either update the tables (will need to understand how they work
first) or switch the case mapping to use ICU instead.
