ctrl-drag objects doesnt duplicate properly
see attached
if i click on a shape, then ctrl-drag to duplicate the shape, the shape is
duplicated in a 'hidden' fashion .. it is not visible .. the Navigator shows
the shape as being HIDDEN [see attached] .. only when I cycle the tab ---
'View -- Hidden Paragraph', does the duplicated object becomes visible; also,
if i save the file immediately after the 'ctrl-drag' to duplicate it, and then
re-open the file, the duplicated object becomes visible
