Test case
Most text in the attached rtf document blinks when imported into LibreOffice.
This doesn't happen when opened with Word 2010.
Blinking happens because the font effect "blinking" is enabled, it has nothing
to do with the rendering. It can be disabled in Format -> Character -> Font
effects.
