Cross-reference dialog for footnotes
The thing is confusion: If you want to insert the number of a heading, you'll
have to select "number". But it you want to insert the number of a footnote,
you'll have to select "reference". And if you select "reference" for a heading
you'll get the text of the heading.
I'd wish both categories (headings and footnotes) behave more similar.
I also noted that you don't see the footnotes category in the dialog if there
are no footnotes, but you see the headings category even if there are no
headings as well.
