As you can see from my inital bug report, I have no ideas on how LO does
things. Most of what I have written there was provided info to me by Chrisl in
the according #ghostscript channel.
So I can't answer your question.
However, I have question for you: Did you even try the script and reproduce the
bug? I have given you all information needed to reproduce that occurence.
